The practical details before you start making.01How does a custom kit work?
Choose a kit size, upload an image, prepare the subject, and generate a pattern. After you refine it, we count the exact colors and beads, save the build, and attach its project ID to your Shopify order.
02What comes in the box?
Your selected colors in labeled 1,000-bead bottles, the required reusable pegboard, tweezers, masking tape, ironing paper, two keychain rings, five magnets, and the digital pattern and build guide. A household iron is not included.
03How many colors can I choose?
Every size offers a base kit with up to 5 colors and a complex kit with up to 10 colors. The final pattern can use fewer colors than the selected maximum.
04Is my original photo uploaded?
No. Image preparation and pattern generation happen in your browser. When you save a build, we store only the generated project data, preview, material list, and files needed to reproduce and fulfill it.
05When will my order ship?
Custom kits require preparation because every color is counted and packed for one design. The current estimate appears during checkout or in your order communication. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
06Can I return a custom kit?
Once preparation begins, a custom kit cannot be returned because it was made for your image and settings. Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders are covered; see the Return & Refund Policy for details.
07What if my kit is missing something?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, project ID when available, and clear photos. The Limited Kit Guarantee covers eligible missing, incorrect, damaged, or unusable kit components.
08Is the kit suitable for children?
The DIY kit is intended for ages 14 and over. It contains small parts and requires a household iron, so adult supervision should be used whenever appropriate.
