Return & refund policy
We want the kit that arrives to match the order you placed. Custom-made products and standard accessories have different return rules.

A custom kit is counted and packed for your image, size, and color tier. Once preparation has started, it cannot be returned or exchanged because you changed your mind.
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. If preparation has not begun, we will confirm whether cancellation and a refund are still possible.
Accessories
Unused and unopened standard accessories may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Reporting promptly helps us investigate shipping issues. Eligible claims may still be covered by our 30-Day Limited Kit Guarantee. After review, we will provide the appropriate replacement, missing part, store credit, or refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer can require additional time before the credit appears.
