Orders and product information

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when Shopify confirms it and we can fulfill the selected items. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable material, fraud concern, or prohibited uploaded content.

Screen colors, photographs, and generated previews are guides. Physical bead colors, fusion, and handmade results can vary slightly with displays, materials, placement, and heating technique.

DIY use and safety

Kits are intended for ages 14 and over. Beads and hardware contain small parts. Adult supervision is required when appropriate. A household iron is not included and must be used on a heat-safe surface according to the kit guide. Keep hot tools and small parts away from children and pets.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us the limited permission needed to process it, create the pattern and fulfillment files, make the ordered kit, and provide support. You must have the rights and permission needed to use the image and must follow the Photo Upload Terms.

Website and pattern files

The Drop the Beads name, branding, website design, software, and original store content remain our property or the property of our licensors. Pattern files supplied for an order are for the customer's personal build and may not be resold as digital files or mass-produced without written permission.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or correct parts of the website to maintain security, accuracy, or availability. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond the written product and consumer rights that apply to your order.
