Shipping rates

• Orders of $79 or more ship free within the United States.
• Orders containing a custom kit ship for $9.90 when below the free-shipping threshold.
• Accessory-only orders below $39 ship for $5.90; accessory-only orders from $39 to $78.99 ship for $9.90.
• Taxes and the final available delivery service are confirmed in Shopify Checkout.

Processing and tracking

Because custom kits are counted and packed for one specific design, they require preparation before dispatch. The current estimate is shown during checkout or in your order communication.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

When a tracked parcel is dispatched, tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout. A carrier scan can take time to appear after the label is created.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We can only change it before the parcel is handed to the carrier.

If tracking shows a delay, damage, or delivery problem, contact us with your order number. Carrier delays and weather events can affect an estimate after dispatch, but we will help investigate.

International delivery

International shipping is not available at launch. When additional markets open, duties, taxes, delivery times, and eligible products will be shown before payment.
