30-Day Limited Kit Guarantee

Coverage period

This Limited Kit Guarantee applies for 30 days from delivery to products purchased directly from dropthebeads.com. It applies to the original purchaser and the person who received the order as a gift.

What is covered

• A missing or incorrect labeled bead bottle, pegboard, tool, instruction sheet, magnet, or keychain component that should have been included in the purchased kit.
• Not enough supplied beads to complete the unchanged final pattern because of a packing or fulfillment error.
• A pegboard, tool, magnet, or keychain component that arrived damaged or cannot perform its intended function.
• A digital pattern or build file that is corrupted, mismatched to the saved project, or unusable because of our error.

How we make it right

For an approved claim, we will first send the missing or replacement component at no charge. If a replacement is unavailable or would not reasonably solve the problem, we may replace the kit or refund the affected product. We cover shipping required for an approved warranty remedy.

What is not covered

• Incorrect bead placement, ironing, cooling, assembly, or mounting performed by the maker.
• Damage caused after delivery by misuse, alteration, excessive heat, bending, dropping, storage, or normal wear.
• Normal differences between a screen preview and physical bead color, or the handmade finish of a completed project.
• Lost finished pieces, lost hardware, third-party products, or purchases made from an unauthorized reseller.

How to make a claim

Use live chat within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, project ID when available, a clear description, and photos that show the issue. We may request limited additional information needed to confirm the problem and select the right replacement.
