Information we use

• Information you enter or provide when contacting us, such as your name, email, order number, and support message.
• Cart, selected product, custom project ID, pattern settings, final grid, preview, material list, palette version, and checksum.
• Basic technical information needed for security, error diagnosis, and reliable delivery of the website.
• Order and payment information processed by Shopify. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

How uploaded images are handled

Image preparation and pattern generation happen in your browser. Your original photo is not uploaded to our server as part of the pattern workflow.

When you save a build, we store the generated project information needed to reproduce and fulfill it, including the final grid, preview, build files, material list, and project identifiers. We do not use uploaded images or saved patterns to train an AI model.

Service providers

We use service providers only as needed to operate the store. These may include Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and Shopify for cart, checkout, orders, payments, and customer chat through Shopify Inbox. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, subject to legal and order-record obligations. Send your request through live chat.

Retention and security

We keep order and fulfillment records as required for business, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Other support and project data is retained only as reasonably needed to provide the service. No online service can promise absolute security, but we use access controls and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
